At the intersection of Chancellor Boulevard and Wesbrook Mall, the gateway to University of British Columbia, these 8 luxury townhouses, each around 3,700 sq. ft., are designed to harmonize with the Theological Neighbourhood in which they are set. A mix of English Arts and Crafts style, after C.F.A. Voysey, and early modernism, their design refers to the mix of styles found in their surroundings, both original and new. Interior spaces offer bright open plans and high ceilings. Roof decks, outdoor fireplaces, and residential elevators provide access to spectacular views of English Bay and the mountains beyond. The project is designed to conform with UBC’s “REAP” (Residential Environmental Assessment Program”, a program similar in scope and intent to the LEED program. The project achieves a REAP silver rating. St. Marks St. Marks St. Marks St. Marks St. Marks
