Located at the corner of Highway 33 and Rutland Road in Kelowna, this mixed use building was conceived as the focal point of redevelopment in Kelowna’s Rutland area. With 4 floors of commercial and 11 floors of residential development, a re-zoning of the site, development variance permit (for height), and a development permit were achieved. The commercial component of the building includes a bank as anchor tenantat grade and a separate commercial lobby for access to the three floors of commercial floor space above grade.
